| Our “Oasis Rewards” program began in April of 2005 and is our way of saying thank you to our valued guests.
What are they? The “Oasis Rewards” membership program is a cards-free points program in which points are earned for referrals, pre-booking your next appointment. You don’t have to carry a membership card or a discount card in order to receive points. Our friendly staff at Oasis Spa & Salon will help you keep track of your points for you. Earning Points “Oasis Rewards” points are earned by referring friends, pre-booking appointments, and online booking.. See the Rewards section below to see how you can earn points. What Do Points Get Me? Points may be redeemed only for services. You can choose from our range of offerings that includes salon services, spa services, skin care services or makeup artistry services. Redeeming Points For every 100 points earned, you accumulate $1 in services. Rewards In 2010, we are pleased to offer the following “Oasis Rewards” for earning points: Referral Points – 2000 points for each guest referral Refer a friend and receive 2000 points when they come in for services or when they make a purchase. Points are automatically applied upon checkout to the referring guest account. Please make sure your referral specifies your name upon checkout. Pre-Booking Points – 500 points Pre-book your next visit upon checkout and receive 500 points for your pre-booked appointment. This offer is only good for the original pre-booking date only. Points are not applied when appointments are moved or rescheduled. Pre-booking points are applied per visit, not per service. Lifestyle Points – 1 point for every retail dollar spent Take the Oasis Spa & Salon with you by purchasing products directly from our boutique. For each dollar spent on your retail purchases, you’ll receive 1 point. Online merchandise purchases, Gift Cards and services are excluded. Earned “Oasis Rewards” points will expire at the end of the following year. For example, “Oasis Rewards” points earned in 2009 will expire December 31, 2010. Additional “Oasis Rewards” will be available on a promotional basis. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. “Oasis Rewards” points cannot be transferred, shared or distributed. Each guest acquires points separately. Guests that continually No-Show and late cancel for scheduled appointments forfeit points earned and are not eligible for future earnings.
