Oasis Spa & Salon believes in giving back to the communities we serve through our donation Gift Card program. Oasis Spa & Salon supports various organizations that are of concern to our local community. These include women’s health issues, children’s organizations and other endeavors that promote creative or artistic enrichment. The following are some of the organizations/groups that we’ve supported with the donation of gift certificates and/or spa and salon services/packages:

  • Children’s Hospital & Medical Center
  • Susan G. Komen Foundation
  • Gilda’s Club Seattle
  • Washington State Law Enforcement

Due to the nature of our business, the Oasis Spa & Salon receives a high number of requests for donations. We’ve created eligibility requirements for those interested in our Gift Card program.

To be eligible for contributions, organizations must:

  • Benefit the local communities serviced by the Oasis Spa & Salon
  • Qualify for a nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue Code
  • Demonstrate sound and responsible financial policies and management
  • Mirror our business philosophies and the concerns of our guests

Who is not eligible:

  • Funds for individuals
  • Political parties or candidates
  • Purely social organizations
  • Primary or secondary education
  • Beauty pageant participants
  • Religious organizations
  • Team sponsorships or fundraiser competitions
  • Scholarships

If your organization or program meets the eligibility requirements, please submit a request prior to 5 p.m. on our bi-annual deadlines of January 1st and July 1st that includes:

  • A written description including purpose, objectives, marketing of event
  • Amount of request
  • Date of event
  • Contact person for procurement
  • Contact information, including mailing for procurement
  • Proof of nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue Code
  • A goal your event is trying to reach
  • A written description of how the Oasis Spa & Salon and the Donation Certificate will be marketed and promoted during the event and the form of display the Donation Certificate will receive is required

Our Corporate Giving Program team reviews all requests submitted by the deadline and will contact selected organizations within one month of that decision. Arrangements will be made directly with the contact person specified in the submitted request to pick up the donation as well as a copy of the Oasis Spa & Salon logo that will be used on event marketing materials.

Unfortunately, due to the large volume of requests for donations we receive, we cannot accommodate every need. We do appreciate your request and as a corporate giving partner, we encourage you to reapply in the future.

All donation requests must be made in person at the Oasis Spa & Salon. All donations are made in the form of a Donation Certificate from the Oasis Spa & Salon and may be used for the services specified on the certificate. Donation Certificates must be presented at time of redemption and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted items. Donation certificates must be redeemed one year from the date of the event.
