You may return unopened skin care or retail merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of purchase for spa/salon/product credit. Credits will be issued in the form of a Gift Card to be used at your leisure. Original receipt is required.
Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable. Terms are listed on the back of our Gift Cards. Instant Gift Certificate terms are listed on our website.
It is the policy of Oasis Spa & Salon to not issue cash or credit card refunds for services, products, Gift Cards and or Gift Certificates sold or issued by Oasis Spa & Salon.
