We request that all guests using the Oasis Spa & Salon extend a courteous cancellation notice so that we can better accommodate all of our appointments.
To change, reschedule or cancel any appointment, please give a:
- 24-hour cancellation notice from Monday – Thursday
- 48-hour cancellation notice from Friday – Sunday
- Required one week cancellation notice for all groups and all packages
Any changes or cancellations without adequate notice will be charged a “Late Cancellation” fee to your credit card at a rate of 50% of the value of the scheduled services. “No Shows” will be billed a “No Show” fee for the full value of scheduled services to credit card, gift card, or package on file. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.
