Where Should I Park?

We offer parking validation for the School House District Parking Garage. Please take a photo of your license plate number and have it ready for check-in. Guest Services will get you all setup with validation for the day! 

 

Parking Garage Tips

  • If you enter on 175th St, just after the fields, there is a corner with about 18 spots that are almost always available. The elevator there leads you right up next to Walla Walla Steak House and just turn left, walk up the stairs, and follow the pathway left past our favorite gelato spot, The Nutty Squirrel, and we are right next door! 
  • Entering from 133rd Ave? Yes, it does look like residential only, but there are tons of retail spots available. Take the stairs next to the mailboxes up and you'll find yourself with Walla Walla Steak House on your Left and YMCA on your right. Walk straight ahead, up the stairs, and follow the path left past the yummy gelato spot on the corner and we are right next door! 

 

What do I do if I get a parking ticket?

Please call or email us with the reference number and license plate number and we will reach out to Diamond Parking immediately to have them remove the ticket for you! 

 

Scheduling Policy

We ask that you arrive on time to your appointments, because we do reserve that time for you. If you are 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a same day cancellation fee.

 

We do require a credit card on file in order to book your appointments, to ensure our 24-hour cancellation policy. 

 

Any changes or cancellations without adequate notice will be charged a “late cancellation” fee to your credit card at a rate of 50% of the value of the scheduled services. No-show customers will be billed a no-show fee for the full value of scheduled services to the credit card on file.
 

For all Injectable services there will be a minimum fee of $75 for a same day cancellation or $150 for a no show no call. 

We gaurantee all hair services up to 7 days. After 7 days we will not be able to provide a complimentary service adjustment. 

 

 

Products Exchanges and Returns

 

You may return unopened skin care or retail merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of purchase for spa/salon/product credit. Credits will be issued in the form of a gift card to be used at your leisure.

 

 

Child Safety

Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We do welcome children between 12 and 18 who have an appointment; however, we do not have the facilities to watch children during a parent’s appointment.
Written consent from parent or guardian is required prior to services for children under 18 years of age.

 

We ask you to consider the fact that sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area combine to make any salon a dangerous environment for young children. Imagine now, those tools and chemicals in use above your child’s head. No matter how careful we are, accidents can and do happen.

 

Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. When bringing young children into the salon, please provide supervision for them in the form of a friend, spouse, or older child. Older children, capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the seating area.

 

Do you have a locker room?

We do not have locker rooms. When visiting us for multiple spa services you will receive a spa robe and slippers to wear between treatments, and a basket for your belongings. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever makes you comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on. 

 

Should I shave prior to Spa Arrival?

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments. For gentlemen, it is recommended, but not necessary prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial do so at least two hours before arrival. Shaving is required prior to Laser Hair Removal services, if you do not come shaven there will be an additional $25 charge added.

 

Do you have a privacy policy?

Oasis Medspa & Salon respects your privacy and will not distribute your personal information.
