Nomination must include:

Contest rules: Contest winner must reside in the Washington State, and be over 18 years of age. Nominations must be received no later than 8:00 pm on March 31st, 2008, PST. Essential Makeover must be received before May 31st, 2008. All services must be performed on the same day. Transfer of Essential Makeover and services substitutions are not permitted. Additional services to Essential Makeover will be available at our current service pricing.
