Q: How often do I need massage?
A: Most everyone will enjoy and benefit from massage. It is a great way to relieve stress, improve circulation, and condition dry skin.
While it is safe to receive a massage one to two times a week, massage is recommended at least every three to four weeks.
If a specific problem with pain occurs such as shoulder pain low back pain, more frequent massage can help relieve and improve quality of life.
